Ann Macleod

Ann Macleod is Global Client Listening Manager at Allen & Overy (A&O). An integral aspect of this role is identifying and promoting the tangible business benefits stemming from A&O’s global client listening programme such as opportunity spotting, relationship expanding and general service improvements. Ann also works with relationship teams to look at the implications of client feedback and how to use this feedback to develop client-centred strategic and tactical plans.
